is designed to give the corrupt government in USA more power
(governments are corrupt in most countries, and tied togheter.)
and also bring in more taxes,
namely a tax on CO2, a harmless life giving molecule.

They could have solved the spill before, during, and after,
(with experts and oil skimmers and whatnot)
but they are not going to because the banksters
want to take your money, and then kill you,
and if the "crisis" was solved they wouldnt have an excuse anymore.
